With a rich legacy of excellence, Minerva has produced over 240+ national team players across various age groups and has dominated the Indian football scene by winning the I-League (2017-18) and multiple national youth championships. Our students have consistently excelled in top-tier tournaments, including the U-17 Youth League, Reliance Foundation Youth Sports, and Subroto Cup, making us the only academy in India to hold all major titles in a single year.

Ranjit Bajaj is the visionary Director of Minerva Academy Football Club, a name synonymous with the rise of grassroots football in India. Under his dynamic leadership, Minerva Academy has transformed into one of the country's most successful talent incubators, producing over 250 international players and earning accolades both nationally and globally. A passionate football enthusiast and trailblazer, Ranjit Bajaj is celebrated for his uncompromising commitment to excellence, discipline, and youth development. He played a pivotal role in steering Minerva Punjab FC (now RoundGlass Punjab FC) to I-League victory in 2017–18, making history as one of the youngest clubs to win the national title. Beyond trophies and titles, his focus lies in building character, resilience, and leadership in every player who trains at Minerva. Through a holistic approach that combines rigorous training with military-style discipline, he ensures that each athlete emerges not just as a footballer, but as a role model. Ranjit's relentless efforts have contributed significantly to India's long-term footballing vision, including the goal of qualifying for the 2034 FIFA World Cup. He continues to lead with passion, vision, and a deep-rooted belief in the potential of Indian youth.
